Sunny and 60

Whoa just last week it was 25 degrees and foggy. This week mornings have still been fairly cold, in the 30’s so I dressed accordingly. Tights, gloves, long sleeve shirt and a light jacket. By the time I dropped the kids of it had warmed up quite a bit so I ditched the jacket. One mile into the run it was clear that getting completely over heated was the direction this run was headed. The only thing I had on was my sports bra.
So screw it, I’d rather be half naked and look ridiculous than be hot and uncomfortable. So off came my Brooks zip up. It felt awesome! 6 miles at 8:08 pace. Not bad!
