Finally the snow has melted and the temps are above 20′. Not that I mind running in the cold, but it gets old. It was so nice to be outside.
7.2 mi average 9:02 pace and fastest lap 8:14 for the last mile; pretty good for me especially when I’ve got this bowling ball feeling in my gut today. What is up with that? It happens often enough to be irritating and I can’t ever correlate it to anything specific. I don’t want to get on the gluten intolerant bandwagon…but maybe that’s it? Anyone else have same issues? How do I prevent it? Oh and giving up wine is NOT an option.
